wnlbd Terms and Conditions

General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between wnlbd and its users ("you" or "member"). wnlbd is an online entertainment platform that provides casino games, slots, sports betting, and other interactive entertainment services for players in Bangladesh.

By using the wnlbd platform's website, mobile version, or any related service, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These Terms are written in Bengali and are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. The Bengali version shall be considered authoritative in the interpretation of any part of this document or the resolution of any dispute.

Account Registration and Eligibility

To create an account on wnlbd and use the platform's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
• You must open the account in your own name and on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person or in the name of a company.
• Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• If any information changes in the future, you must notify the support team immediately.

wnlbd reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. If false information is provided, the account may be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

Account Verification and Security

wnlbd is a safe and trusted platform. Your personal and financial information is protected with SSL encryption. The following applies to account verification:

• Before processing a withdrawal, wnlbd may request a copy of a national ID card or passport for identity verification.
• The mobile banking account you use (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) must be registered in your own name.
• It is entirely your responsibility not to share your account login credentials (password and username) with anyone.
• If you believe your account security has been compromised, notify our support team immediately.
• The account holder is responsible for all activity on the account.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The following rules apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on wnlbd:

• Deposit Methods: Funds may only be deposited via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal Time: Once verification is complete, withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.
• At the time of withdrawal, you may not use a mobile banking account that does not match the account used for your deposit.
• wnlbd reserves the right to verify any withdrawal request and to place suspicious transactions on hold.
• Deposited funds must be used only for legitimate gaming activities.

Rocket is the mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Funds sent through any method other than the three listed above will not be accepted, and wnlbd will not be held liable.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

wnlbd offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. The following rules apply to claiming and using these bonuses:

• Welcome Bonus: A 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000; deposit ৳12,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳22,000.
• Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. For example, for a ৳2,000 bonus, a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• The wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only, not to the deposit plus bonus combined.
• A bonus may not be used across multiple accounts or by more than one member of the same household.
• wnlbd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

Each promotional offer has its own specific terms and conditions, which will be detailed on that offer's page. If there is any conflict between those specific terms and these general Terms, the specific offer's terms will take precedence.

Gaming Rules

All games on the wnlbd platform are operated under fair play principles. The following gaming rules apply to all members:

• Any technical issue or error encountered during gameplay must be reported to support immediately.
• If a game result is voided due to a server error or technical malfunction, the wagered amount will be refunded.
• Intentionally exploiting any bug or error in the gaming software for personal gain is strictly prohibited.
• wnlbd's game records are final and shall be considered authoritative in the resolution of any dispute.
• Playing using any third-party bot, automated software, or artificial intelligence is prohibited.

Games from PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, and other providers use independent Random Number Generators (RNG) and are regularly audited.

Sports Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to sports betting:

• All bets are considered final and cannot be cancelled after confirmation, unless wnlbd decides to void a bet under specific circumstances.
• If a sporting event is cancelled or postponed, the wagered amount will be refunded or settled according to the applicable rules.
• In the event of odds changes, the odds at the time the bet was placed will apply.
• Specific rules for placing bets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sporting events can be found in the relevant section.
• Any attempt to gain an advantage through match fixing or any other unlawful means will result in account closure.
• Sports betting may include BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and other international sporting competitions.

VIP and Rewards Program

The wnlbd VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The rules of this program are as follows:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Members can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular and active gaming activity. Cashback and other VIP benefits are credited directly to the account. wnlbd reserves the right to modify the VIP program at any time.

Responsible Gaming

wnlbd believes that online gaming is a form of entertainment and that all members should play responsibly. Our policy on this matter:

• The platform is intended for persons aged 21 and above only.
• Members may set their own deposit limits, session time limits, or temporary self-exclusion periods.
• If you notice signs of gaming addiction, contact support immediately.
• If you feel you are experiencing financial difficulties, stop playing and seek professional help.
• Never play with borrowed money or money set aside for essential expenses.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wnlbd platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or someone else's identity.
• Using bots, automated software, or other technical tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or other financial crimes.
• Following systematic strategies to abuse bonuses ("bonus hunting").
• Disrupting the platform experience of other members.
• Attempting cyber attacks, hacking, or breaching the platform's security systems.

If any of the above activities are proven, wnlbd reserves the right to close the account immediately, forfeit all balances and winnings, and notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

Account Suspension and Closure

wnlbd may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud, provision of false information, or identity theft.
• Unusual or suspicious transaction patterns detected on the account.
• At the member's own request (for self-exclusion or permanent closure).

If an account is closed, any verified legitimate balance will be returned after review; however, bonuses or suspicious winnings, and the total amount including them, may be forfeited. If a member wishes to close their own account, send an email to [email protected].

Privacy and Data Protection

• Your personal information is protected by SSL encryption.
• Your information is not sold to third parties.
• Information may be shared with relevant authorities when required by legal obligation or for fraud investigation.
• Members may contact support to view or correct their own information.

Limitation of Liability

wnlbd is committed to providing the highest quality service, however our liability is limited in the following areas:

• wnlbd is not liable if a game is interrupted due to internet connection issues, power outages, or other external factors.
• wnlbd is not directly liable for technical errors caused by third-party software or game providers.
• wnlbd is not liable for issues related to your device or internet connection.
• wnlbd is not liable for temporary service interruptions due to technical reasons.

In the event of any dispute, wnlbd's server records will be used as the final evidence.

Changes to Terms

wnlbd reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. In the event of changes:

• The updated terms will be published on this page and the date will be updated.
• For significant changes, a notification may be sent to the registered email address.
• Continued use of the platform after changes means agreement to the new terms.
• If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
